TEDxFukuokaLive “Dream.” プログラム概要
TEDxFukuokaは、TED2016の同時中継イベント “TEDxFukuokaLive 2016 ” を2月17日(水) PM6:40-PM9:00に開催いたし ます。
プログラム内容・ゴール
TED2016で行われる”Session 2: Radical repatterning”を録画中継でご覧いただきます(英語のみ、字幕及び同時通訳はございません)。TED本体のカンファレンスの一部を後日の動画公開に先駆けて、無編集で、そのまま見られる貴重な機会となります。
一定のスピーカーごとに、短時間のグループディスカッションを交えながら進行していく予定です。みなさんと共に対話する機会とアイデアを創出する事を目指します。分野の壁を越え、異なるバックグラウ ンドの人々が考えや活動において結びつくことで、新しい提案が生まれるよう、参加者の皆様と議論、共に気づき、考え始める場にしたいと考えています。

Presenters, Session 2: Radical repatterning
- Adam Savage – the host of “MythBusters” on the Discovery Channel, is a longtime special-effects artist and a minor obsessive.
- Cédric Villani tackles perplexing problems in mathematical physics, analysis and geometry with rigor, wit and a signature personal style.
- Haley Van Dyck is recruiting world-class technology talent into the US Federal Government to transform the way America delivers critical services for everyday people.
- So Percussion – With pieces ranging from hypnotic to cacophonic, So Percussion is building a new canon of modern avant-garde percussion music.
- Joe Gebbia – As a designer, entrepreneur, and the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Airbnb, Joe helped redesign the way the world travels and people connect.
- Travis Kalanick – As Uber’s founder and CEO, Travis Kalanick is not only disrupting an entrenched industry but also reinventing urban transportation as we know it.

about TEDxFukuoka
TEDxFukuoka launched in 2012 in order to create a space for people in Fukuoka and the Kyushu area to exchange worthy ideas. TEDxFukuoka initiative focuses on spreading captivating, worthwhile ideas from Fukuoka to the world, in addition to taking exemplary ideas from around the world and spreading them around Fukuoka.
