NPO法人オトナノセナカ／合同会社こどもみらい探求社、共に代表。保育士をする傍ら家族の多様性を学ぶため世界の家々を巡る女1人旅を重ねる。特に砂漠とアマゾン川の暮らしに活動のヒントを得、2006年講演開始。【違いこそがギフトである】と発信。約6年現場で働いた後フリーランス保育士として独立。NOではなくYESの発信から様々な人と共に「こどもにとって本当に良い」環境を創る為に2013年にNPOと合同会社を設立。人的環境がこどもに及ぼす影響力の絶大さに気付き、「こころ」を扱う人材共育に力を注ぐ。こどもに関わる大人が、違い（凸凹）を受け入れ自分らしく生きる為の、研修・開発・子育て支援行う。

Freelance child-rearing specialis

Megumi Kotake is a freelance child-rearing specialist, a representative of the Kodomo Mirai Tankyu company and in 2013 she established the Non-Profit Organization Otona no Senaka. The NPO's mission is to develop safe and supportive environments that allow children to express themselves freely. And for six years, Kotake has been lecturing internationally and sharing her message, “The Difference is the Gift”. She is devoted to helping people grow their “heart” and trains adults to accept their “bumps” in order to live their truest lives.
