ワールドミュージック・ユニット

糸島を拠点に全国各地でワールドミュージックシーンを盛り上げているGOND-TUNEは、シタール、ジャンベ、ディジュリドゥ、サックスなどをその都度融合しミステリアスな音楽を奏でるジャムユニット。昨秋行われた福岡国際映画祭の公式パーティーをはじめ、さまざまな国際イベントで演奏している。ユニット名のGOND（ゴンド）は、２億年ほど前に南半球に存在したと考えられている超大陸、「ゴンドワナ大陸」を表す。GOND-TUNEが音楽を奏でる時、今はばらばらになっているそのゴンドワナ大陸が一つにまとまるのだ！

World Music Unit Sitar: Bone-Tatsuya, Didjeridoo: Didjemaka

Increasingly a player on the world music scene here in Fukuoka, GOND-TUNE brings an eccelctic mix of the djembe, didgerdoo, sitar, and sax. The group has played at several international events, including the first public meet-and-greet party at the Fukuoka International Film Festival last fall.
